Trouble Shooting Guide:

  1. Connect to a reliable wifi source
  2. Check ENET cable (securely plugged directly into computer or using adapter)
  3. Windows should have all updates (very important)
  4. Disable all firewall, antivirus software
  5. Connect vehicle to battery charger
  6. Close all other tools or connections to the vehicle
  7. Make sure the ignition is ON
  8. Press "Identification" before each programming session
  9. Let the car go to sleep for 2-3min (Turn off ignition, close all doors of the car) after programming session

VF-Engineering is not responsible for trouble shooting, diagnostic costs or consequential cost.
