Revolutionizing the Lowering Experience
VF Engineering’s Variable Height Springs provide an advanced alternative to traditional lowering springs, offering a new level of customization. Unlike conventional springs that lock you into a fixed ride height, these kits allow for easy adjustments even after installation. With the VF Engineering Variable Height Adjuster, you can fine-tune your vehicle’s stance to match your preferences, improving both its appearance and handling. Plus, these kits maintain full functionality of your vehicle’s factory driver assistance and comfort features, integrating seamlessly with your existing electronic suspension system.

A LEGACY OF PERFORMANCE SUSPENSION
VF Engineering’s Variable Heigh Springs were born out of the need for a performance-oriented solution that delivers enhanced capabilities at an entry-level price point. Following the successful collaboration on our 3-way adjustable coilover system for the Lamborghini STO, we partnered once again with Moton Suspension to develop this innovative product.
Motion Suspension has been a leader in the high-performance suspension industry since 1999. Initially focused on providing racing shocks, Moton quickly gained a reputation for precision engineering and exceptional quality. The company’s innovative designs were soon adopted by professional racing teams, particularly in motorsport disciplines like touring car racing and endurance racing. Culminating with their first overall win of the 1999 24 hours of Le Mans with BMW Motorsports. Moton’s expertise in racing suspension technology eventually extended to the road car market, where they developed adjustable coilover systems tailored to performance.
Moton's facility in the Netherlands serves as a cutting-edge engineering and manufacturing hub, equipped with advanced testing equipment and precision engineering capabilities. This ensures that every product meets the highest standards of quality, performance, and durability. With a deep commitment to innovation and a proven track record, Moton Suspension continues to be a trusted name among professional racers and automotive enthusiasts alike.

Tailored Spring Rates for Exceptional Performance
VF Engineering springs are precision-engineered from premium chrome-silicon steel to deliver optimal spring rates that align perfectly with your vehicle's OEM suspension and wheel load. In collaboration with Moton Suspension, our team of expert engineers has developed spring rates that integrate seamlessly with factory adaptive dampers, ensuring a smooth, consistent ride without compromise. Each spring is finished with a durable powder coat in VF Engineering's signature green, offering both performance and a distinctive visual appeal.

Continuous Height Adjustment for Ultimate Flexibility
Unlike traditional fixed-lowering springs, VF Engineering's Variable Height Springs function similarly to a coilover system, providing continuous ride height adjustment within a rigorously tested range. The spring perches are CNC-machined from high-grade aluminum and anodized for durability and a premium finish. This innovative design allows for precise ride height tuning with a wider range of lowering options, all while maintaining compatibility with factory dampers.
Extensive Testing Across a Wide Range of Conditions
Our Variable Height Springs undergoes extensive testing to ensure they meet the highest standards of performance and reliability. This process includes thorough on-road evaluations in California and the Netherlands, along with track testing at our home circuit, The Thermal Club. Our team of engineers and professional drivers carefully assess handling, ride quality, and durability in real-world conditions. Each component is subjected to rigorous stress testing to confirm its long-term resilience and consistent performance. This meticulous development approach ensures that our Variable Height Springs deliver exceptional results for both driving enthusiasts and track-focused users.
